Organization roster
To swap people, choose Replace beside a coach or skater, then invite the new person. Paused access frees a place and keeps the old account and saved work. Coach and athlete places are separate; each dance or pair partner uses one athlete place.

Organization profile, plan-owned seat counts, coach/skater invitations, account status, and launch readiness.
Coach workspace
Roster, programs, assignments, shared schedules, training videos, structured reviews, readiness, messages, and billing tools.

Training videos, Program Builder, calendar, practice tracking, coach feedback, assignments, saved skating, and analytics access. Each skater controls which practice, wellness, and schedule items are shared.

Each invite opens the correct role workspace, asks the member to choose a password, and activates their organization membership. The invite is one-time setup; future visits use the normal SkatingStorage sign-in and the saved browser session.
